Sales & Marketing Plans for SMBs

In today’s marketplace, competition is stiff, budgets are tight and the sales numbers always seem to need a kick in the pants. Am I right?

That’s all I ever seem to hear these days…… today sucks, the competition is spying on us, competitors are stealing deals, we have No quality leads, we have NO money for new laptops, we have a lack of marketing funds and I can’t sell enough widgets because it’s the middle of summer and nobody is around.

Sound like the kinda bullshit excuses you hear as well? Well, it’s time to get with the program and develop a sales and marketing strategy and plan. How can you aim at a target and win when you haven’t even defined who the target is and, how much revenue you’re planning on bringing in?

Too many times I see NO sales manager in-place (or worse, the owner plays that role), no sales plans written out and, no marketing strategy being followed.

I’m completely blown away at how businesses simply putter down the road with no plan in-place and just [every now and again] getting lucky with a little sales here and a little sales there…..dumb luck.

Check out this video I created that addresses the many critical components YOU (as the business owner) need to know about and how a simple plan can pay huge dividends when developed and implemented properly.
