I founded SoMN Consulting Group in 2015 after a twenty five year career in business development which included owning four small business (3 IT and 1 Credit & Finance) . My main objective is to help small business owners grow their businesses through technology, accounting and finance best practices, sales and marketing management and instituting best practices.
In 2017 however, I was diagnosed with stage 3c colorectal cancer and had to put this endeavor on HOLD while I battlled for my life. In August 2018 I was declared cancer FREE and was able to pick up where I left off.
During my year long struggle with cancer, I was able to keep and work for one client, Central Coast Solutions located in Coon Rapids MN. They are the premier Mac consulting company in the Twin Cities metro area. During my time there I was able to help accomplish a number of objectives helping them go from being a break/fix service provider to becoming a proactive managed services provider (MSP).
With so much going on in my life, I’ve decided to continue on with CCS and focus all my FREE time growing my non-profit endeavor (FightingCRC) and multiple podcasts centered around cancer awareness, business development and hockey in Minnesota.
I will however, continue to provide FREE business consulting services in the way of this website, my YouTube channel and a podcast I am doing that covers all aspects of starting, running and growing a small business.
